Your unique ORDER NUMBER is sent directly to your email address, so check your emails for "ORDER NUMBER". You will also need the date you placed your order. The form also asks for your full legal name, address and date of birth, all of which we need for the shareholder register.

Anyone who purchases a qualifying Fool's Fix pack and then completes the registration form. Fool's Fix is intended and marketed for adults aged 18 and over.

Here is the sequence in full. You buy a qualifying pack. You come back to this site and complete the registration form. We reconcile your registration against our sales records to confirm it is valid. We then allot 100 new ordinary shares to registered recipients periodically.

No shares are allotted when you purchase, or when you register. You are registering to receive 100 ordinary shares in the future. Every share is an ordinary share of the same class, with no difference in voting, dividend or distribution rights. Everyone ranks identically.

Participation is not restricted to UK residents, although availability remains subject to any laws or restrictions that apply to you in the country where you live.

If we do not yet ship to your country, you can register your interest and we will let you know when we reach you.

We use a share administration platform for the allotment itself, the share certificates and the ongoing administration. Once the registrations are reconciled, the final dataset goes into that platform and the certificates are issued from there.
