UK shipping

• 6-pack: £3.95 standard UK shipping.
• 12-pack: Free standard UK shipping.
• 24-pack: Free standard UK shipping.

Express delivery is available at checkout for £5.95 on any pack size. All prices include VAT.

Standard orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Express usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

International shipping

Not yet. We're launching in the UK first. If you're outside the UK and want Fool's Fix, email hark@foolsfix.com and we'll let you know when we open up your region.

Returns and cancellations

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason and without sending us a video. Full details, including the returns address and how refunds are calculated, are in our Refund Policy.

The Fool's Fix Promise

Separately from your statutory rights, the Promise covers the value of up to six cans if Fool's Fix doesn't work for you. A short video is required to claim under the Promise, and you don't need to return any cans. Read the Promise here.

Damaged or faulty items

Email hark@foolsfix.com with your order number and, where you can, a photo showing the issue. Your statutory rights apply where goods are damaged, faulty or not as described.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is despatched. If your tracking hasn't moved for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier.
